31 of us form Team Scafell 2023. A mix of friends who will be raising much needed funds for the Leukaemia Care charity to help them in the fantastic work they do. On July 8th we look forward to hiking up England’s highest mountain to repay the generous donations, support & goodwill we receive, & we appreciate now is a time that all our hard earned money is stretched more than ever. 🙏 our team is; Shad Rack, Neil Worswick, Simon Fawcett, Dave Sage, Martin Ellis, Reggie Thornton, Stephen Bates, Reece Williams, Will Brown, Dave Meeson, Tony Meeson, Seth Meeson, Ashley Tansey, Gary Boyes, Stan Boyes,Carl Nicholson, Lewis Nicholson, Shaun Haynes, Austin Haynes, Chris Howley, Alex Howley, Josh Howley, Mark Howley, Andy Verity, Simon Lord, Adrian Wright, Kyle Shilleto, Kyson Shilleto, Rikk Sumner, Sy Finn, Zac Berrycloth our choice of fundraising cause was selected last year, and already were motivated to do all possible to raise funds and awareness for Leukaemia, we have recently been given a very personal added motivation as friend & team Scafell member Rikk Sumner received such heartbreaking news that his own son Conor, has been diagnosed with the very illness we are raising funds for, we will do all possible as a team for Rikk, we are with you mate, and we wish Conor the best in his battle . ❤️ the Leukaemia illness, like all illnesses takes away too soon, some of the very best people, and we would like to dedicate this trek to the following people, who were friends of members of the team.
