It's time for my annual 2 wheeled fundraising effort.This year I'm cycling 46 miles (to raise money for a different charity, Helen & Douglas House - the UK's only hospice for the terminally ill between 16 and 35 years of age.

The hospice has to raise £3.6 million a year from fundraising to keep its doors open. So I'm going to help!

Please leave a small donation, and help make some terminally ill young peoples last days a little more comfortable
