Jacob is a very special boy. His life was short but he still makes a difference every single day. 

This Christmas we are asking people to donate a few pounds in his memory to help us continue to help a The Lily Foundation to stop children suffering from the harsh reality of Mitochondrial a Disease. We may not be able to bring him back but we can make sure families never have to hear the words - no treatment , no cure, life limiting.
