As you may all be aware mark suffered a serious spinal injury in May 2013 from a mountain biking accident which has left him paralysed from the chest down. 

Each day has it's challenges from dealing with severe pain to learning new techniques with day to day needs, plus other issues that get thrown into the mix with his health due to his injury. All of this he does with determination and a drive to get back to normal life.

This is a big change for us all but we have taken this head-on  as new chapter of our family life.

He was in hospital for 19 weeks as he has had to learn new ways in life, but he is still as mad as every.  Mark is a head strong person and gives his all in everything he does and achives.  

His family are so proud of all he has achived in these months since his accident and are 100% behind him going foward in all he will achieve and do.

Spinal injurys can be from something little to something extreme and i would like you to donate as little or as much as you can to help spinal research so help find new ways to help or improve peoples lives.
