Hi all, please join my team as I fundraise to help the IFCR Move CDKL5 Forward! I will be “moving” all month long to raise money and encourage you to do the same! How does it work? Make a donation right here on my page. How much? How about $30 for 30 days in June? Or you can donate per workout. Whether you walk, jog, run, swim, bike, rollerblade, jumprope, workout at the gym, or exercise at home... you can pledge to donate any amount per mile or per workout and keep track of your miles/workouts and donate at the end of the month! Or you can pledge to donate so much per my miles/workouts. I will be keeping track of mine and am pledging to donate at least one dollar for every mile I move or for every 10 mins of any other type of workout I do. Any amount you decide to donate, large or small, is VERY appreciated!! The goal is to get out and MOVE in June! Post your activities on social media with the hashtag #CDKL5Forward to help spread awareness! The IFCR has a goal of 5,000 miles moved and $50,000 raised for CDKL5 this June and it will take all of us to get there!
