Scotland’s unique stair climbing challenge is back, as we stomp to better Scotland's mental health!

Story

Thanks so much for visiting our fundraising page – it means a lot to us and to SAMH!

Mental health is still taboo to talk about, despite it being 2018. By partnering with SAMH this year, we really want to address the issues of mental health and help to fight the stigma surrounding it.

That’s why our team of ten is taking on the 4,200 step challenge in Murrayfield Stadium this October. We know it’s not going to be easy but we it’s worth it to help support the fantastic work that SAMH does!

Your donation is very much appreciated and will help motivate us to tackle a total of 42,000 steps as a team!
