Following a few alcoholic beverages about 11 months ago, our team of 7 now consists of members in their 20's 30's 40's and 50's! Meaning our abilities and fitness levels really range this year! It really will be a team effort to get everyone across the finishing line...but I have no doubt!! 

Hell Runner is about a 12 mile BOG run; they don't actually let you know the exact distance! (Or they just don't know themselves)! The route of the BOG run is different every year but always involves some crawling, climbing and scrambling up and down the toughest hills at Delamare Forest! Not to mention being waist (chest on some people) deep in thick, smelly, heavy and freezing cold BOGS! One of which is very appropriately called 'The Bog of Doom'. 

Hell Runner really is a tough test of both physical and mental strength, but as I mentioned earlier I have no doubt all our team will complete this great challenge! 

We are raising money for Cystic Fibrosis Trust; this is a charity that is very close to the hearts of all of our team for numerous reasons. Cystic Fibrosis is one of the UK's most common, life threatening, inherited diseases and the Cystic Fibrosis trust is the UK's only charity dealing with all aspects of the disease.
