On 25th April 2010 a team of 6 from the Alan Boswell Group will be running the Virgin London Marathon in aid of Mencap.

Team Boswell consists of:-

Andy Dowler (Running Number: 42261) - Is Managing Director of Alan Boswell Insurance Services Ltd. He is a keen golfer and plays football for Spixworth Utd in Division 4 of the Anglian Combination. Originally from South East London, he had always wanted to run the London Marathon by the time he was 40, so having reached the milestone in October '09 he will just make it. This will be his first marathon, although he completed the Norwich Half Marathon in November with four of the other Team Members.

Luke Potter (Running Number: 42287) - Is the Technical Support Manager for Group and has been actively running treadmill for 3 to 4 years. He has switched to road training in preparation for the . He used to play basketball for Norfolk and far from the stereotypical IT person he is aiming to complete the distance in under 4 hours.

Sarah Adcock (Running Number: 42305) - A Property Insurance Clerk managing a large number of client accounts. Sarah is 35 and married with 2 children. She has loved running since at school and is managing to fit running in around family life. Its always been an ambition of Sarah's to run the

Richard Hastings (Running Number: 42303) - A Property Insurance Adviser who has always been involved with sport whether it be football, cricket, tennis or golf.  He represented his school in cross country running numerous times and has now decided to take up the challenge of the marathon and is aiming to complete it in under 4 Hours.

Christina Lakey (Running Number: 42339) - A Commercial Account Executive who and has been running regularly since January . In the last year she has run in 5k and 10k charity runs and is ideally aiming to complete the Marathon distance in under 4:30 but realistically anything under 5:00 hours would be good.
