Event: Batten Disease Family Association - BDFA Sponsored Walk for Batten's 2011, on 21 May 2011
We fund research and support families to find a cure to Batten disease

Story

Emma, Andrew's cousin, was just 10 when she died of Batten Disease 3 years ago. Batten disease is a cruel illness where children are born with no signs of illness, but later begin to have seizures, loose their sight and ability to walk, talk and swallow. It is inevitably fatal.

In addition to supporting research, the BDFA offer support to families going through this terrible illness. Your support will help them to continue this work.
