Story

10K A DAY – Fundraiser for the Cwm Taf Early Intervention in Psychosis Team

The objective of the fundraiser is to raise funds directly for the EIP team to put towards future group activities and adventure therapy sessions as well as engaging staff, service users and carers to achieve a healthier lifestyle with the inclusion of group walks to bring people together to start walking and talking.

Starting on the 1st of July, all participants will track their daily steps and send them weekly to a team member.

On the final day of the month, we will get all participants together to walk the final 10K steps together as part of the Taff Trail in the Pontypridd area.
