Hi everyone! I'm Farook and with my amazing professional dancer Megan we are raising money for the NHS by participating in the very first Strictly NHS competition! If that wasn't enough I am also committing to running/walking a marathon over a week, every week, until the live event! 

I am a doctor living and working in South Wales. Everyone in the NHS has persevered above and beyond in this pandemic, and we have all had to make sacrifices. Nothing prepares you for what my colleagues and friends have had to deal with but together we support each other and carry on. 

The team behind NHS Strictly have given us an amazing opportunity to show our appreciation, entertain our friends and colleagues, and raise money for NHS charities.
