I am joining Women Who Code (WWCode) to the Finish Line to empower diverse women to excel in tech careers. WWCode to the Finish Line turns movement into mission impact through donor support. My fundraising goal is $2,600. I will walk, run, or roll 1 mile/1.6 km (2,600 steps) to raise funds for Women Who Code’s mission and increase visibility for their work. 2,600 represents the national percentage of women in tech—26%. WWCode wants to move the needle on equality and diversity and change the face of tech so that we can positively impact individuals like Daisha.
