I've always admired my grandad's enthusiasm for tackling a challenge, be that competing in marathons or sailing around the world. 

He brings the same attitude now to tackling his dementia.

I want to honour his enthusiasm by running the London Marathon and raising as much as possible for Alzheimer's Society.
