Hi and Thank You for visiting my page! I’ve signed up to take on the 2022 London Marathon and I’ll be raising funds to support the Royal British Legion. Their Poppy Appeal was founded to help those in need following a national crisis. Right now they are helping those who are isolated from family, facing homelessness, struggling to feed their children and are in financial crisis. They are working tirelessly to ensure that those who have served are being looked after no matter what challenges they, and the country faces. 

Having served in the British Army from 2003-2008 I know more than most of the struggles we face transitioning from military to civilian life. I for one have had many hurdles to overcome once out of the military. Luckily for me I have had a solid support network from my family and close friends, to which have helped me through the darkest of times. There will be hundreds of people/families that have not had this unconditional support, and if raising vital funds for the RBL is what I need to do to support 1 person or 1 family then I believe I have done my job and contributed.

Your donation will mean the RBL can continue to provide the life-changing support that our Armed Forces community needs and deserves. From the bottom of my heart I would like to say THANKYOU. Your donation however big or small has had a direct impact to families in need.
