“Verily we belong to Allah, and verily to Him we return” 

By the mercy of Allah, I was gifted with cancer in 2018 and have been in remission since, However recently i have found out the cancer has returned and spread to different areas of my body. 

I wanted to do something to raise money for the less fortunate and Alhamdulilah I came across something which touched my heart.

Just for a minute i want you all to think about how fortunate we are for the NHS. Now imagine how scary it would be if we didn’t have this system in place. If we didn’t have the right treatments, the nurses and doctors. We are extremely fortunate for this free healthcare, that we take for granted. Healthcare is a basic human right, which sadly isn’t available to many around the world. Syria is one of these. 

Being afflicted with sickness has made me appreciate a lot of things. Which is my reason for wanting to raise funds for others who are also afflicted with sickness.

Please keep me and all those around the world in your duas. May Allah grant us shifa and leave no diseases behind in our body. I pray Allah gives us all the strength and patience for whatever test He afflicts us with. May He forgive us all and guide us, and only take our soul when He is truly happy with us, Ameen.
