I have decided to take on the 13.1 mile run in order to help refugees who have had to flee their homes for the safety of their families.  We all know what is happening and unfortunately people have been left without anything.  Without any shelter or any food, these kids need our help now more than ever. Especially now, as the temperature drops excessively.

Seeing the videos of the children who have been left without anything or anyone is not only heart breaking but probes me to question all the luxuries I have which I don't realise the importance of.  I have always wanted to do my bit to help but unfortunately I  have always found an excuse to put it off.

This golden opportunity will not only help me reflect my life but will also give me a chance to put a smile on someones face. But to do this, I will need your help to support this amazing opportunity by donating a little.

13.1 miles is a tough task but with everyones support we will get through it!!
