This year, Taylors of Harrogate have chosen J97 at Leeds Cancer Centre as their branch charity.

The Centre diagnoses and treats cancer for the people living in Leeds and the Yorkshire region, and provide some of the most up-to-date treatment, care, and support for these patients. J97 is an oncology ward which specialises in treatments for multiple types of cancer and is where many patients receive chemotherapy treatment. The pandemic has resulted in a 25% reduction in the number of patients being seen – currently 100 patients per week are not receiving their normal treatment and funding would purchase specialised equipment and resources to support patient care, plus wellbeing items to support the staff.
