Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.  We recognise the importance of helping those less fortunate than ourselves and we are proud to be supporters of Ty Hafan.  Ty Hafan is a leading Welsh children’s charity which provides comfort, care and support to children with life-limiting conditions, along with their families. Through their vibrant hospice and diverse community programmes, they can offer families short-break care and help them make the most of the time they have together; creating precious memories and ensuring a short life is a full life.

And when a child is close to the end of their life, Ty Hafan becomes a family’s safe haven, by their side during their most difficult time and for as long as they are needed.

Every year Ty Hafan take care of over 200 children with life-limiting conditions whilst supporting their families. This is a collective effort – Ty Hafan simply couldn’t provide its vital services without
the kindness and generosity of the community. The hospice alone is an enormous financial undertaking - utility bills, food staples, housekeeping, maintenance and, of course, around-the-clock care and medical teams. To run the hospice and deliver their broad community programmes, they need to raise around £4.2 million each year.
