I will be cycling with a few friends to help raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer. This is a charity that is very close to my heart given that my father-in-law has recently been diagnosed with the disease. In the UK, 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with Prostate Cancer so anything that you can give as a donation would be fantastic as I'm sure you will agree it is for a great cause! 

I have never cycled more than 35 miles (in one go) in my life so any donations and prayers you have will be hugely welcome! I'm hoping to come back in one piece...
