We are taking part in BRISTOL JAILBREAK 2010 as a means to raise money for the Menigitis Research Foundation.

JAILBREAK commences this Saturday at 9.00am when we will be released from the Students Union Building. We will have 36 hours to make our way by plane, train, bus, ferry or foot to a destination as far as we can as we compete against other teams. The only catch is we have to blag the entire thing as we cannot spend a penny!!

The winning teams are those who get the furthest by 9pm on Sunday...

The donations we raise will be going to the MeningitIs Research Foundation.

We have chosen this charity through personal experience as Onor fell ill with meninigitis herself. Our charity is also based in Bristol and with all things considered at present, research needs as much funding as possible!!

Your donation could help towards:

·         £1 - 100 Symptoms Cards

·         £5 - 1 school or university information pack

·         £10 - 1 hour of in-depth support

·         £25 - 1 hour of a typical research project

·         £100 - 20 information packs for GP surgeries and health professionals

·         £250 - funding for our 24 hour helpline for half a day

Knowing the symptoms saves lives

£10 pays for life saving information packs to be sent to students, GPs and nurseries

Meningitis & septicaemia devastate lives

£25 allows us to offer in-depth support to a family when they need it most.

Invest in the future

Research holds the key to eliminating meningitis and septicaemia, £50 will help fund one of our research projects for a day.
