Inshā’Allāh this Ramadan, I am aiming to travel to Lebanon with Salam Charity to deliver your Zakat & Sadaqah to those in need.

Your Ramadan donations will help us distribute food packs to impoverished families, and provide Sahar and Iftar for men, women & children with many being widows & orphans.

Sheep Sacrifice | £180 | Provides meat for families

Hot Food | £10 | Feeds a family hot food

Family Sponsorship | £1800 per year 

Orphan Sponsorship | £540 per year 

Tuk Tuk | £2500 | Provides a job for someone who can earn income

Fuel | £60 | Give a family 4 weeks supply of fuel to keep warm

Blankets | £12 | Give families warmth

Lebanon hosts one of the largest populations of Syrian and Palestinian refugees with around 2 million people crammed into overcrowded and often dangerous camps with no heating, electricity, or running water. 70% of the families in Lebanon’s camps live below the poverty line and over 50% of those are below the age of 18, which means that millions of children are growing up knowing nothing but conflict, hardship, and poverty.
