I am reaching out to all my family and friends for support. The crisis in Türkiye & Syria is heartbreaking. 2 major earthquakes of magnitude 7.8 and 7.4 struck central Türkiye and northwest Syria. Thousands were killed and millions are in need of humanitarian assistance. Families and children have been among the worst affected. With Eid approaching  Alhamdulilah, I have pledged to raise £10,000 to buy Eid present for children who have lost everything. Many have been orphaned.

Fortunately I had an opportunity to visit the  campsites in Turkiye in April and see the destruction firsthand.It was one of the saddest experience of my life. Seeing these families lose their homes, livelihood and all their possessions as well as loved ones was heartbreaking. 

I will be going back to Turkiye campsites on 24th June to distribute Eid presents. Please support me by donating what you can. Let’s help put a smile on the children’s faces and make Eid special for them.
