Welcome to my Just Giving page! 

    This year I decided to take on a project for Minds, that contributes towards spreading awareness about Mental Health.  

    My main goal is to help break the stigma and get people talking about the importance of mental health. With your contribution, the amazing people at Minds will be able to facilitate access to their services answer more phone calls and get help for those who need it.

    For example, did you know…? Approximately 1 in 4 people experience mental health issues in the UK, as far as it is recognized - unfortunately many people suffer in silence, which means this fraction would probably be closer to 1 in 3 people. For me, starting a dialogue is the most important step; it may encourage people to seek help or open up with others around them.

    This project will constitute of fundraising through events here in the wonderful city of Bristol and online donations, so tune in!. 

   At the end of this project, me and my team will have the opportunity to spend a few days trekking in Morocco, all for a good cause.
