Fundraising for The PACE Centre
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!!
I am walking 22 miles along the Chiltern Ridgeway with a group of 50+ people to raise over £22,000, celebrating 22 years of The Pace Centre. I am also walking in memory of my brother, Piers, who was a pupil at The Pace Centre! He had severe cerebal palsy, but had such a loving and lively personality. He was a huge part of my life, and I think really touched anyone he met. He loved his time at The Pace Centre with all the friendly staff, and exciting games and activities each day. He is sorely missed by us all every single day.
The Pace Centre is a UK Charity and School providing intensive input for children with motor disorders. At PACE children with physical disabilities such as cerebal palsy find their own voice, walk their own steps and discover that they can fully enjoy everyday life and become active members of society. Cerebral palsy is a physical condition affecting movement as a result of damage to the brain.
