السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ
My beloved grandfather has passed away from natural causes, of old age, and a culmination of many different illnesses. I'd like to raise money on behalf of him, as not only will people in this life benefit from this donation but so will it benefit my grandfather in his akhirah.
Please donate generously and share this page with others, in hopes of raising as much as we can for my late grandfather. Remember, zakah and sadqah does not reduce wealth, rather it increases khayr, goodwill, and Allah will give back more than we sacrifice. Any good deed will also expiate your existing sins.
In a hadith from Abu Hurairah (may Allah blesses him), that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) says,
“Charity does not decrease wealth, no one forgives another but that Allah increases his honor, and no one humbles himself for the sake of Allah but that Allah raises his status”
[Saheeh Muslim]
"Allaah said: 'O son of Aadam! Spend, I will spend on you." [Al-Bukhari] The Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) also said: "There is not a day in which the obedient slaves rise in the morning except that two angels descend, and one of them says: 'O Allaah! Compensate the one who spends.' The other angel says: 'O Allaah! Destroy the wealth of the one who is miserly."
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
“The best charity is to satisfy a hungry person. He also said, “No wealth (of a servant of Allah) is decreased because of charity.” (Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith No. 2247)
The Prophet (PBUH) said:
“Giving charity wipes away sins just as water extinguishes fire.”
Please note, even if you are unable to donate, that sharing this page and encouraging others to donate, in itself will not go unnoticed. May Allah عذوجل reward you all for sharing, reading, acknowledging and donating to this cause. May He, the Almighty, increase your wealth and grant you baraqah in it.
I'd like to finish off by asking you to make dua for my grandfather, that he is granted mercy in his grave, and that he is granted jannat-ul firdaus. امين يا رب العالمين
