On Thursday 10th December I am taking part in a Jail N Bail event on behalf of The Stroke Association - it involves me being arrested at Ufford Park Hotel, Golf & Spa, hand-cuffed and then taken away on a trumped up charge to jail !!! I then have to try and raise my bail money. For those of you who know me well might be tempted to pay double just to be left in jail but I am hoping you will instead pay double to release me too !!!
