Olympic clay shooter Richard Faulds and world champion clay shooter Tanya Faulds sign up to Pink Car Rally
Five time Olympic Shooter and Olympic Champion Richard Faulds MBE and his World Clay Shooting Champion Wife Tanya Faulds have signed up to the Pink Car Rally, which sees a huge convoy of pink cars travel from John O'Groats to Lands End in a bid to raise much needed funds for Little Princesses Trust - a charity that provides real hair wigs for children with Cancer or Alopecia. The rally, which starts on 14th August will travel nearly 900 miles ofer 5 days. Richard and Tanya will drive a Chevrolet Spark in Pink Pearl to help raise funds for the Hereford based Charity. Tanya said ''Since the charity began in 2006, they have given away more than 1,100 wigs, this year they hope to give away a record 500 wigs, we are delighted to be involved with such a worthwile cause. Organised Sali Gray said she hopes to raise in excess of £10,000 this year. ''We are absolutely thrilled that Richard & Tanya are taking part in the Pink Car Rally this year, their profiles will really help put the charity on the map. Their Pink Spark will join the other pink vehicles, including a Great wall Steed pickup in Realtree AP pink, several Fiat 500's and the MIGHTY 44 ton BIG PINK trucks from Robinson's of Worcester.
