Hey thank you for stopping by I will be doing this walk in honor of my mom as u all know she fought this disease for many years and never gave up she smiled through the pain and kept going she was a lupus warrior a true soldier my mom looked forward to this walk every year she loved seeing how big Millie’s Army was and I’d love to keep her tradition going I understand if u can not walk with me I also understand if u can not donate so I’m asking everyone on Saturday June 4th please wear as much purple as u can grab ur phones or cameras or both take as many pictures as u want to of whatever u want  just like “Millie” would do then I ask u send me those pictures and as of this year I will be creating a Millie’s army photo album and all the pictures to it we can do this every year and everytime we know it’s what Millie would do I feel this way even people near and far can be a part of her army and keep her memory alive lupus is a terrible disease and my heart goes out to all effected by it I will walk to raise awareness and hope that one day there is a cure
