Keith is an experienced cyclist who has been taking me out recently on my new road bike. We have opted to do the Rourkie's Cat and Fiddle Challenge - a 55mile Bike Ride.  I am new to cycling so 55 mile sounds like a killer and Keith may have to push me in places whilst trying to calm my hill panic... so it is definitely going to be a challenge for us both!

Livability's 2,000-strong enabling team of staff and volunteers across the UK deliver rehabilitation centers for brain and spinal injuries, operate 32 residential care homes plus manage independent and supported living programs for people living with various, complex disabilities. 

Livability also operates a school plus Further Education college for disabled students along with a Wellbeing center and delivers social inclusion through churches and community projects. Together with the people we support, we put the elements in place that add up to livable lives within communities.
