The Tamworth Phoenix, although one of the smallest towns to have an American football team, are the top club in the Midlands and play in the National Leagues Premiership North.

The club are a not-for-profit community team who want to use our sport to develop young athletes not just in American football but in being a better person, developing confidence and working as a team. A huge part of that is helping our community.

So one way we are doing that is by putting on a charity event for one of the best charities in the UK. With friends, family and teammates who have surved in our armed forces it really is the least we can do.
