Many of you were kind enough to sponsor me for my first ever 5k in 2015. Running has changed my life in such a positive way and through my efforts and your generousity we raised £250 for The Stoke Association. Thank you! This year I have up-ed the anti and am going for the 10k in Cardiff on 11th September.  This WILL be a challenge for me but training is going well and am excited, even if I walk some of it!  The charity organising the event is Kidney Wales Foundation.
