I am a Certified Tiny Habits Coach, and my 100 challenge is to sign up 100 people for the free 5-day online Tiny Habits programme, with me as their coach.
Using the Behaviour Design principles discovered by Stanford researcher Dr BJ Fogg, Tiny Habits enables people to make big changes in their lives by starting with a new approach to understanding their own behaviour, and gradually building a foundation of tiny, daily habits.
