Thanks for supporting my fundraising. Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without your help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them.

Right now, more than 3 million people are living with cancer in the UK. By 2030 this figure will rise to 4 million.

Macmillan help everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, by providing physical, financial and emotional support. They do whatever it takes, no matter what a person's needs are, they will listen and support them however they need us to — big or small.

I will be running 8km with various obstacles in between in an event called Hyrox on 21st October 23
