Friends and Family!! 

 Richard, Elias, Smart, Goody and LLoyd and so many others need our help!! I have been selected (at the last moment) to run the London Marathon in October to raise awareness and donations for Amref Health Africa UK!!
When I visited Paige's village in Zambia, I witnessed first hand the lack of healthcare, nutritional food and clean water in her village. We helped do what we could when we were there (made a yummy meal and mended a burnt hand) and Paige did much during her service period with the Peace Corps there to include the fixing of 3 wells (including the well that provided water for the school children) and building a school even after she returned back to America! I have always wanted to do more since leaving. Now is my chance to help! I have made a goal of raising £3,000 for AmRef Health Africa UK. I'm asking my friends and family if you all can contribute to this cause - any amount would be appreciated - literally even a $1 donation will get me closer to my goal. I mean look at these boys (the one on my lap and next to me are two of Paige's host brothers) - are they not the cutest little things you have ever seen??? They melted my heart for sure!
