Story
Talbots Law have selected Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity again as their Charity of the Year for 2019. We raised an amazing £50,000 last year and we want to repeat that success this year, by doing as much as we can to raise another £50,000 for the Charity - whether it's walking, running, cycling, climbing, baking, dressing up or dressing down - whatever it takes to raise money.
Through our pages, you'll see we are planning to take part in Glow in the Park in April, the Birmingham Triathlon in June, and a whole bunch of people are happy to jump out of a plane for charity in September. We also have a team cycling from Birmingham to Amsterdam in September, and cyclists taking part in the Birmingham Velo. If you can sponsor people individually, that's brilliant, but we'd be equally happy if you choose to donate to our company page - all the money goes to the same place, and specifically towards helping to raise funds to equip the Hospital's Critical Journey Ambulances.
This is what the Charity says:
"At Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, we believe there’s always more we can do for our sick kids and that’s why we will always strive to do more for our patients and families. It’s our mission to raise the vital funds needed to make a real difference to all who use our hospital. Your support empowers us to take innovative approaches to treating some of the sickest children in the UK. Your fundraising enables us to make our hospital feel just like home. Your donations are helping us to find new ways to treat and cure childhood diseases."
You can donate on this page, to our teams, or to individuals - up to you!
Thanks for reading and we really hope you can support us in our efforts by donating.
