Take Flight Academy is a part time performing arts school, based in South East London, for ages 4-18, run by West End professional, Stevie Tate-Bauer and her business partner, Leanne Panni.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, TFA are unable to run regular, face to face classes this summer term and have been busy coming up with virtual ways to keep their students focused on the arts in a positive way.
The term kicked off putting together TFA's Virtual Choir, featuring video submissions from students alongside Rachel Tucker, West End and Broadway star and TFA Patron. This video has been released as a fundraiser in support of our wonderful NHS. If you have found your way to this page via our video, thank you for donating. We'd like to extend a huge thank you to our Patron, Rachel Tucker for taking part in this! Our video can be viewed here:

TFA students are also taking part in "The Lockdown Challenge," a series of Dancing, Singing and Acting tasks to complete at home, with video support from TF teachers. Completed video submissions have been sent in for consideration by our brilliant, judging panel of industry professionals, including Oliver Tompsett (&Juliet, Wicked, We Will Rock You), Alexia Khadime (Prince of Egypt, Wicked, Book of Mormon) and Lorraine Stanley (Eastenders, Legend, Suffragette, Made in Dagenham), with challenge winners announced at the end of each stage. An enormous THANK YOU to all our judges for being so generous with their time.
If you have found your way to this page because your child/teen has taken part in "The Lockdown Challenge". Please support our students in completing their tasks by making a donation to the NHS. THANK YOU!
