'Ning!

On 1st October i shall mostly be attempting to run the Great North Run all the way up in sunny Newcastle (well heres hoping anyway). If anyone sees me on the way i expect a big slap on the back and a sip of that pint of cider you'll be holding whilst watching from the sidelines!

The training has been going well and I am attempting to get round in 2.10 or less. I also have raised a lot of money offline and on my 'normal person' website...
