As some of you may be aware I've been trying to get super fit since last Summer and wanted to challenge myself to running a marathon. I'm nowhere near fit enough so I'm starting off running the Brighton 10Km run on the morning of the main Brighton Marathon http://www.brightonmarathon.co.uk/bm10k

I've decided to raise funds for The Clock Tower Sanctuary in Brighton, as my very dear friend Kate Kirkham has recently started working for them and they also provided help for another friend when he was down on his luck. They really do deserve your support as they provide a great service.
