Sysco Guest Supply Europe is delighted to announce account executive, Rae Rutter, is running the Hotelympia 10K challenge in support of The Springboard Charity.

Taking place on Sunday 26 February, the run marks the opening of the Hotelympia Show at the Excel Centre in London.

Rae and her fellow runners will be raising money for Springboard, a charity helping young, unemployed and disadvantaged people improve their prospects for economic well being by providing vibrant career opportunities in hospitality, leisure and tourism.

“When the opportunity came about to take part in the Hotelympia 10K Challenge, I was immediately encouraged by colleagues in the office to have a go. Not being an experience runner, I have been training really hard to make sure I’ll make the team proud on the day! Plus, I’ve received fantastic support from everyone at Sysco Guest Supply Europe, who have pledged to match any sponsorship money I raise.” Says Rae.
