Having served in the Army I have come to realise and appreciate just what the British Legion does for our armed forces. The Legion is there in  times of need when all else fails and when the ultimate sacrifice is made. This help can range from helping out financially to assisting a loved one to visit their grave in that far flung corner of the world that shall remain forever Britain.

On 21st June my aim is to ride 1000 miles in 24 hours on my bike to help this very worthwhile cause. Please help me to help those who have given everything. They were there for us so let us be there for them in their hour of need
