Hi my name is Sylvia Clark, and I'm doing the London Marathon in aid of RAFA(Royal Air Forces Association). This organisation helps provide support to serving and ex-serving members of the Royal Air Force and the Air Forces of the Commenwealth. They also provide support and help to the families of servicemen and women.
