Hey everyone,

A good friend of mine once said:" It's nice to be nice."

Such a short sentence but yet such a great meaning.....

I am running the Run to The Beat half marathon(I know only half !!!!!....)  in september, fundraising for the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity.

Nothing is easy in life, but I was reminded by someone very close to me that health is THE most important things in life.

It may sounds silly to say it, but enclosed in our own problems we sometimes do forget it.

My heart melt when I see a child in distress, and if, by running 13 miles I can change the life, or bring support to a family in great need, well ......... London here I come !!!

 

Rainbow Trust Children's Charity provides emotional and practical support to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. Rainbow Trust's Family Support Workers join the family in their own home and are there to provide practical support.

Rest be assure that your donation will make a difference to a child and/or family

 

I just need to get running now eh !!!!!

I have to go, the race track is calling me........
