Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This winter I am completing the Polar Bear Arctic Challenge. I'll be swimming 3000 metres a month in the North Sea,  from November to March, wearing just a standard swimsuit, swimhat and goggles.

I've tripled my monthly distance from last years Penguin Gold  Challenge, during which I could wear whatever I wanted including wetsuit, gloves, boots etc. So the Polar Bear Arctic will be super challenging!

This years 3000 metres a month also includes the 2x minimum 250 metres swim per month too.

I'm raising funds for MAP who provide invaluable support for young people to cope with mental health issues and the  pressures of life.  Mental ill health is affecting young people more than ever but services are struggling to provide the support they need. Please support if you are able, if you can't sponsor, please share my page 😊
