Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I did the 2.5 km swim on the 7th April in glorious sunshine, along with my son Jonathan, who was raising money for Cancer Research.
Thanks to the generosity of many people I have raised the sum of £4 568.18.
It is ten years since I last did a swimathon and to mark the passing of the decade I am planning to swim 2.5k and raise money for Marie Curie.
Any donation you are able to make would be much appreciated and will help support the valuable work done by Marie Curie nurses.
Swimathon 2017 is supporting Marie Curie, a charity providing care and support to people living with a terminal illness at the end of their lives. The donations made to this page will help Marie Curie to care for more people across the UK living with any terminal illness, and their families, at the time when they need it most.
