Hi Folks
My sister Elspeth recently suggested we both join in the Great Scottish Swim on the 29th Aug 2015 - it's a great event to raise awareness and cash for charities, and I'd like to swim for MND Scotland, as my friend Gordon was diagnosed with this cruel disease last year at the age of 29. Gordon's done amazing work raising awareness about MND and fighting back for future generations.
