We raise vital funds to Support Sick Children in CHI Hospitals

Story

Swim For a Mile is back for 2022 with the return of our Indoor Pool Event Challenge, as well as the Outdoor Pool Event Challenge and Individual Challenge!

Swim For a Mile is a non-profit participation programme ran by Swim Ireland, aiming to encourage the people of Ireland back into the water to get swimming!

Through Swim For a Mile (SFAM), we want to raise vital funds for the Children's Health Foundation, who support sick children and their families in Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) hospitals.

When booking a SFAM Challenge, entrants automatically donate to the Children's Health Foundation, this page provides an additional opportunity to continue your fundraising efforts. Money raised will help to fund life saving equipment, essential patient and parental supports and aid in ground-breaking paediatric research.

Let's swim miracle miles, because every sick child deserves the best chance at life.
