We have decided to do the 10 in 10 Challenge again to raise vital funds for the MS Society.  The organisers Duncan Booth (who has MS) and his wife Yvonne have worked tirelessly and have raised over £800,000 for this amazing cause.  We are very grateful for all of your donations.  Thank you so much!

The challenge itself involves us walking, jogging, running, crawling 17 miles and 6,000 feet of elevation over 10 peaks in the Lake District.
