We are attempting the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge on the 30th of November 2019.  We must complete the climb of Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen Y Fan within 24 hours.  There are 6 members in our group who all work together at SWAN EMS, these are: Lewis T, Scott T, Rhys L, Matthew W, Stephen P and Neil G.  

We have chosen to raise money for Hospice of the Valleys.  We would appreciate any donations to help support us and aid us reach our target.
