Story

Hi, my name is Sven Stears,
And Luke Carry, was one of my best friends.

While Luke Carry was alive and fighting his battle with cancer, he asked if I would be shaving my head in a sign of solidarity.

I told him I would but that I would grow it out first in order to donate the shavings to a charity that makes wigs for children going through chemo.

Unfortunately, Luke passed away before he could see this happen, but I am a man of my word.

This August 24th, I will be at the Lady Luck Bar in Canterbury, clippers and Bic in hand.

Come down or just donate to the cause. Its going to be great.

My hair will be going to the Little Princess Trust.
All money will be going to the Teenage Cancer Trust, Luke's chosen charity.

There will also be waxing strips that can be bought and used by any mean hearted patron of the bar.

Oh, and while the hair was grown for the purpose, I've had the beard in one form or another for 8 years.

Tears will be shed.
