This year, I really thought I needed something to challenge myself, and it's time I do more to get fit, so I have decided to take on the challenge of the 45 mile, Palace to Palace ride!

The Prince's trust is such a worthy cause, doing some fantastic work for young people, that it makes it just more worth while to be helping the charity along with some extra funds.
